X In accordance with Washington state law, we are highlighting our comprehensive benefits package, which is available to all eligible US based employees. Benefits for this role include:

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
- 5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.).
- Experience developing or launching products or technologies within artificial intelligence or machine learning (AI/ML).
Preferred qualifications:
- Deep domain expertise in workplace productivity tools, or unified communication platforms.

Responsibilities
- Define and execute the multi-year product strategy and roadmap for both the core Google Chat experience and the Ask Gemini integration.
- Own the foundational messaging platform. Drive product excellence, scalability, and a seamless, intuitive user journey for millions of global enterprise users.
- Lead the end-to-end generative AI experience within Chat. Design ways for AI to deeply understand context, synthesize Workspace data, and proactively accelerate user workflows.
- Steer large, matrixed organizations across Engineering, UX, and DeepMind to deliver high-quality, safe, and magical AI features.
- Establish success metrics, influence executive leadership, and ensure product investments align with broader Google Workspace goals to drive growth and user adoption.
