About the Product Support Specialist position

We are seeking a Product Support Specialist to work with customers to coordinate service and support efforts. This position is a blend of Tier 1 technical support and customer support, working with administrators and customers, by email, chat, and phone.

Product Support responsibilities include:
  • Responding to customer inquiries, via email, chat, and phone to resolve tickets
  • Identify issues and define them clearly
  • Provide internal support and troubleshooting to customer success and implementation teams
Product Support requirements include:
  • Technical abilities: familiarity with software and ability to troubleshoot common issues
  • AI-Forward mindset: Hands-on AI experience that goes beyond chat
  • Customer service skills: outstanding interpersonal skills to serve our customers
  • Communication skills: proficient written and verbal communication
  • Problem solving: strong ability to identify and solve problems
  • Technical college or relevant education is preferred
  • Upbeat, positive, and friendly personality that energizes those around you
  • Prior experience with Intercom or comparable ticketing systems is preferred
  • Prior technical support experience in a Saas environment is preferred
