Job Purpose and Impact

The Specialist, Customer Service will have a customer focus attitude to identify and implement ways to better meet customer needs and to provide superior customer service. In this role, you will handle strategic or advanced dedicated customer accounts and optimize the processing of moderately complex to complex order issues and will proactively identify and mitigate order management related risks through continuous improvement of the process.

Key Accountabilities
  • Independently manage endtoend claims processing for assigned customer accounts using order and claim management tools
  • Resolve moderately complex to complex order and issue management cases with limited supervision
  • Proactively identify and mitigate order management risks through continuous improvement
  • Communicate anticipated delays, constraints, or changes and provide timely alternatives to customers
  • Partner with Commercial, FSQR, Finance Credit to Cash, and other functions to resolve claim exceptions and risks
  • Serve as a customer subjectmatter expert (SME) for assigned accounts
  • Conduct rootcause analysis and support process improvements
  • Coach or mentor lessexperienced CSRs as needed
  • Escalate only the most complex issues appropriately while owning resolution
  • Engage with customers and handle escalations for unclear claims/dispute issues, resolving problems and identifying risks early.
Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of two years of customer service or order management experience
  • Experience navigating complex systems and tools with ease
  • Experience in Customer service order or claims management process and tools.
  • SAP and Salesforce experience

PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in B2B customer-facing roles
  • Supply chain or finance experience
