24 Auto Group is in search of an Automotive Service BDC Agent to join our dealership family.

$60,000 to $90,000 a yeaar

Position Summary:

The BDC Service Agent is responsible for handling potential service opportunities. This position is an extension of the service advisor and service coordinator roles in handling inbound phone calls, emails, text messages, chats, and social media chat conversations. The intension is to help the Service Department provide high quality lead handling services and greatly improve the overall service volume and experience we provide to our clients in a manner that is in line with Route 24 Auto Group’s core philosophies, principles, and values.

The BDC Service Associate will be held accountable to:

  1. Ensure that all company policies, procedures, programs, and strategies are followed and executed effectively.
  2. Implement effectively all the duties, responsibilities, and requirements outlined in this job description.
  3. Set a professional standard that always reflects favorably on PAG.
  4. Reports any situation or condition that would jeopardize the safety, welfare, or integrity of the dealership, its customers, or employees to management.

Principal Duties And Responsibilities:

  • Schedule service appointments for multiple brands using proven word tracks and Route 24 Auto Group’s process.
  • Response time must be 10 minutes or less to all customer inquiries.
  • Increase daily repair order count in dealership.
  • Facilitate the ease of appointment for customer satisfaction.
  • Manage daily objectives accurately and efficiently.
  • Daily, weekly and monthly reconciliation of objectives and performance.
  • Constant customer interaction.
  • Foster a trusting and long-lasting relationship with customers to drive repeat business.
  • Follow-up with clients after vehicle maintenance/service to ensure their experience was exceptional and to set the stage for future visits.
  • Ability to organize and multi-task in a hectic environment.
  • Exceptional communication ability whether in person, via email, or over the phone.
  • Ability to offer customer service that exceeds expectations.
  • Familiarity with computers and software applications.
