As our dedicated Receptionist with Administrative responsibilities, you'll be the hub of our day-to-day operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

NOT A REMOTE OR HYBRID POSITION

Your Day-to-Day Ambit:

Your primary role will involve:

  • Opening and closing the office during operating hours
  • Answering, screening and directing calls on a multi-line phone system
  • Greeting and assisting visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Managing meeting room calendars
  • Managing set up and hosting of meetings
  • Maintaining the orderliness of shared spaces, including stocking of inventory
  • Being the point of contact for building maintenance issues and office supply requests
  • Supporting Corporate office leadership team
  • Managing and administering miscellaneous weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting
  • And more!
