Charter school administration refers to the management and leadership roles within a charter school, including positions like principal, assistant principal, and operations manager. Administrators are responsible for overseeing the daily operations, academic programs, staff, compliance with regulations, and the school’s budget. Unlike traditional public schools, charter schools have more autonomy, making effective administration essential for their success.

These competencies ensure effective school operations, regulatory compliance, and the achievement of educational goals.
