The Managed and Charter Billing Associate is responsible for providing timely and accurate invoices for standard managed and charter business with the assistance of the Lead. This position provides support as it relates to troubleshooting billing issues and/or handling day-to-day customer billing inquiries and payments. This position will require you to work in the Corporate Headquarters office located in Overland Park, KS. This is not a remote or hybrid role.

Essential Duties

  • Work with standard managed customer invoicing
  • Standard managed customer Point of Contact for all questions
  • Track and apply owner credits
  • Distribute invoice packages for all managed customers
  • Manage representative and customer interactions
  • Distribute monthly statements for all managed customers
  • Review and analyze reports to ensure accuracy
  • Communicate with Managed and Charter management to resolve data/billing discrepancies

Qualifications

The qualified candidates will have a High School Diploma/GED with 1+ years of billing experience.

  • Strong computer skills including MS Office (Excel)
  • Attention to detail
  • Critical thinker, problem solver, self-starter, and ability to work independently
