Job description

Valeo Resources is partnered with an East Coast based mental health/SUD organization that is constantly expanding. We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Behavioral Health Technciains to join the team in Charlotte, NC ! In this role, you will be working with adults with co-occurring mental health/SUD to transition back into their communities and families!
Position : Behavioral Health Technician
Location : Charlotte, NC
Schedules available:

  • 2nd shift (330pm-12am)
  • 3rd shift (overnights +$1 shift differential)
Responsibilities:
  • Assist with patient treatment plans, monitor and document patient progress.
  • Support group therapy sessions.
  • Ensure a safe environment.
  • Respond to patient needs and crises.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals.
  • Deescalation and AMA Blocking

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant education preferred.
  • Experience in behavioral health is a plus.
  • Clean drivers record with no restriction on driving a van
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible availability for all shifts.
