What are some common challenges faced by individuals working remotely for a charity, and how can they be addressed?

Working remotely for a charity often means collaborating with a diverse team across various locations, which can lead to communication barriers and feelings of isolation. Staying organized and proactive in communication is key, as project updates and donor information need to be shared efficiently.
