Security Officer

Granite State Gaming & Hospitality, a subsidiary of G2 Gaming, is committed to supporting community nonprofit organizations in New Hampshire through innovative entertainment, hospitality and gaming experiences. Our accomplished team of industry professionals have more than 150 years of experience and are ready to take charitable gaming to a whole new level; creating world-class venues, infusing more economic opportunities into the markets we serve while helping New Hampshire nonprofits thrive. We are currently open and developing first class gaming venues in Rochester, Hampton, and Littleton.

As a Security Officer, you'll help ensure the safety of guests, team members, and company property. You'll maintain a visible presence, safeguard assets, assist with emergencies, and provide friendly, professional service while enforcing policies and gaming regulations. This seasonal position at our Hampton Beach casino runs from May 15th through September 13th.

What You'll Do
  • Patrol the property and monitor for safety hazards or unusual activity
  • Ensure the security of patrons, employees, and company assets during shifts
  • Respond to emergencies and assist sick or injured guests or team members
  • Prepare clear and accurate incident reports
  • Enforce company policies, internal controls, and gaming regulations
  • Provide guest assistance, directions, and escorts when needed
  • Operate security tools such as radios, computers, and surveillance systems
  • Perform duties in compliance with all gaming and safety regulations
What You'll Bring
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to read and comprehend policies, training materials, and documentation
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods, and lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Ability to respond quickly in emergencies, including possible physical intervention

  • Must pass a background check
  • Work may involve exposure to secondhand smoke, weather extremes, loud noise, and safety hazards
