Job Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of CT technologist experience required
  • Valid Massachusetts DPH Radiology License required
  • ARRT (R) certification required
  • ARRT (CT) preferred and required within two years of hire
  • Experience with Toshiba CT scanners is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, organization, and independent judgment
Responsibilities
  • Perform CT scans by interpreting physician instructions and selecting appropriate technical factors
  • Prepare and position patients to capture high-quality diagnostic images
  • Administer contrast materials safely and accurately when indicated
  • Review orders and requisitions for accuracy prior to examinations
  • Maintain image quality, accurate documentation, and proper charge capture in the clinical system
  • Coordinate patient flow and daily scheduling to support timely exam completion
  • Follow radiation safety, infection prevention, and patient safety procedures at all times
  • Provide courteous, respectful care while helping maintain a clean, safe, and efficient imaging environment
