Job description

We are seeking an experienced Application Analyst - PB/HB Claims to support and optimize our Epic Resolute Professional Billing and Hospital Billing applications. This role partners with revenue cycle, finance, and clinical operations teams to ensure accurate charge capture, billing workflows, and system integrity. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, Epic claims experience, and a passion for supporting efficient and compliant revenue cycle operations.
Job Specifics:
Location: 1920 Libal St, Green Bay, WI 54301
FTE Status: Full-Time 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week)
Work Schedule: Days. Monday - Friday. No weekends or holidays

Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoots and resolves basic application issues and provides end user support.
  • Collaborate with IT, and clinical teams to ensure optimal system performance and workflow efficiency.
  • Monitors applications for issues in connection with maintenance, upgrades and implementations.
  • Monitor performance and assist with auditing processes to ensure data integrity
  • Participate in projects related to system enhancements, integrations, and new implementations
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or a related field or equivalent years of experience and education
  • Experience: At least 2-4 years of relevant work experience
  • Certifications: Epic Resolute PB or HB Billing Claims certification required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving experience
  • Strong understanding of revenue cycle workflows including charge capture, coding, billing, claims, and follow-up
  • Experience working with finance, revenue cycle, and operational stakeholders
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Experience working in a healthcare IT environment
