WHAT IS KIDSTRONG?
KidStrong is Athletic Play - a new kind of activity for kids ages 1 - 11 that builds confidence, character and family connection through science-based fitness games led by expert coaches. KidStrong Prairieville is rapidly growing and we're looking for talented, enthusiastic professionals who are passionate, energetic, and excited to engage with parents and kids and make an impact on their lives.

ROLE & SCHEDULE -
We are looking for individuals with an athletic or coaching background who ideally have experience coaching kids ages crawling - 11 years old. The KidStrong Coach would focus on coaching children on cognitive, physical and character development that stems from evolving weekly curriculum. The ideal candidate must also be comfortable speaking to parents/guardians regarding "the why" behind KidStrong curriculum. Our classes run weekdays 8am-12pm and evenings until 7pm. On weekends we start at 8AM and run through early afternoon, Additional opportunity to increase scheduled hours through private party and camp coaching hours. Prior experience as a pediatric OT/PT is a plus, but not required!
CURRENT SHIFT OPENINGS:
Candidate must be available to work the some / all of the following shifts to be considered:
- Weekday evenings: 3:45pm-7:30pm
- Saturday: 7:45am-2:00pm, 3:30-5:30pm (as needed for parties), 5:30pm-7:30pm (as needed for parties)
- Sunday: 9:45am-2:00pm
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be 18 or older
- Passion for working with children is non-negotiable!
- Prior experience coaching students within the appropriate KidStrong age is preferred
- Prior experience speaking to and educating parents on KidStrong curriculum
- Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics
- CPR certified
- Positive, motivating and effective interpersonal communication skills
- Self-starter who just gets a job done

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
KidStrong is a private child development training center focused on brain, physical & character development for ages walking through 11 years old. KidStrong offers a science-based curriculum that is parent-focused and taught by professionals.
