Physical Therapist

Schedule: Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN Location: Convivio Health – Lynnwood, WA Compensation: $85,829 – $110,000 annually (DOE) or equivalent for hourly positions

About Convivio Health We are an outpatient rehabilitation clinic dedicated to delivering personalized, evidence-based care for individuals with musculoskeletal and neurologic conditions. At our Lynnwood location, you'll join a multidisciplinary team of physical therapists, occupational therapists, and mental health professionals who believe in holistic, patient-centered recovery.

Your Role
  • Conduct thorough evaluations for orthopedic and neurological diagnoses
  • Develop and implement customized treatment plans
  • Deliver direct patient care and functional interventions
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary colleagues for coordinated care
  • Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and preventive strategies
  • Document services in accordance with Medicare and commercial payer standards
  • Engage in quality improvement and team-based initiatives
Qualifications Required:
  • Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Active or eligible Washington State PT license
  • CPR certification (or within 60 days of hire)
Preferred:
  • 2+ years of outpatient experience or strong new grad with interest in ortho/neuro
  • Working knowledge of insurance documentation requirements
  • Team-oriented mindset and commitment to patient-centered care
  • Adaptability and professional initiative
