We are looking to hire an experienced Internet Manager/ Floor Closer to join our team at Toyota Sumter! We are looking for a high-performing Automotive Internet Manager/Floor Closer who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment and is driven by results. The ideal candidate must be an expert multitasker with exceptional phone skills, a proven ability to set appointments, and the capacity to effectively manage 400-500 leads per month while maintaining consistent follow-up and customer engagement. This leader will be responsible for generating a minimum of 60 appointments per month, assisting sales consultants in converting prospects into showroom traffic, and driving performance to achieve 10%+ closing ratios on new vehicle leads and 15%+ on used vehicle leads from all lead sources. Candidates must have experience coaching and developing an internet sales team, ensuring daily lead management, task completion, and accountability. This role requires a true closer who can confidently move customers toward a buying decision, assist with deal structuring when needed, and manage showroom floor flow and sales activities throughout the day. Proficiency with DriveCentric, lead management systems, phone etiquette, customer interactions, and CRM best practices is required. The successful candidate will work closely with sales managers and sales consultants to build a culture of accountability, maximize opportunities, strengthen processes, and drive continued dealership growth and profitability.

Responsibilities - Internet Manager/Floor Closer:

Phone closing over 30% of all inbound phone calls

Minimum set appointments of 150+

Confirmation of appointments

Minimum internet sold a month 50

Training and growing the internet sales team 

Minimum 10% New close ratio and 15% used close ratio on internet leads

Assist with closing on the floor as needed 

Managing the daily tasks and workflows for maximum internet and sales floor efficiency

Attendance in all sales and managers meetings

Daily 1 on 1's with internet staff to grow the team

Working leads as needed when coverage is short

Directing as well as digging into the CRM to find the missed opportunities making sure no deal falls through the cracks

Utilizing the BDR to help assist in unsold traffic, previous lead opportunities, and maximizing all avenues

Managing lead source ROI

Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Requirements -  Internet Manager/Floor Closer:

At least 2 years of Sales Management experience is required

Understand and comply with federal/state/local regulations which affect the new vehicle purchase and finance department

Strong communications skills, team oriented

Computer proficient

Professional appearance and demeanor
