Responsibilities - Vehicle Technology Specialist:

  • Explain and demonstrate vehicle features (Bluetooth, apps, driver-assist) with customers after the purchase of their vehicle
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer tech issues, answering questions about vehicle systems
  • Demonstrate dedication to exceeding customer expectations
  • Attend sales meetings and training offered by the dealership and the manufacturer
  • Maintain 100% Audi Certification
  • Go over Audi Survey with customers, as well as follow up on existing surveys
  • Conducts new hire product training videos and walk through training for new technology
  • Ensure that the guest area is tidy each day and guest snacks are refilled throughout the day

Requirements

Requirements - Vehicle Technology Specialist:

  • Previous Auto Sales experience is not required, but a plus
  • Customer service excellence is required
  • Professional appearance, verbal/written communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to translate complex technical information into simple terms.
  • Resume must be uploaded
  • Valid US driver's license and good driving record
  • Applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening.
