Job description

The Regional Vice President, Hospitality Commercial Strategy & Marketing is accountable for driving demand to maximize hotel production, delivering profitable revenue performance across a portfolio of Caesars Entertainment properties in the Las Vegas market. This executive serves as the enterprise leader responsible for ensuring hotel demand objectives are achieved through disciplined commercial strategy, coordinated channel activation, targeted customer acquisition, and effective marketing execution.

The position serves as the critical link between Revenue Management and Marketing, translating pricing, inventory, and forecasting strategies into market-facing demand generation plans that fill hotel rooms profitably. Revenue Management owns pricing, inventory controls, and forecasting; this role owns demand creation and demand activation.

While also overseeing property marketing strategy, the primary focus of this role is hotel commercial performance, ensuring every available room has a defined demand strategy, activation plan, and accountable owner. Hospitality, entertainment, food and beverage, loyalty, and destination marketing initiatives are leveraged as demand drivers that support hotel occupancy and overall property profitability.
