Summary

The National Leader, High-Net-Worth Personal Lines is accountable for the overall performance, growth, retention, profitability, and strategic direction of Acrisure's HNW Personal Lines book. This leader will define and execute a national growth strategy, strengthen advisor performance,optimizethe existing portfolio, and build a scalable operating model that supports sustainable growth across regions, segments, and channels.

This role requires a leader with strong commercial discipline, deep HNW market knowledge, and the ability tooperateboth strategically and tactically. The leader will partner closely with sales, operations, placement, carrier, marketing, digital, and business line leadership to improve new business production, client retention, account expansion, and advisor productivity across the full HNW portfolio.

Scope

The National Leader, High-Net-Worth Personal Lines owns the national performance of the HNW Personal Lines book, including growth, retention, profitability, advisor productivity, client expansion, and market alignment. This leaderis responsible forsetting clear performance expectations by segment, region, and advisor, while building the operating cadence and reporting discipline needed to drive consistent execution.

The role has accountability for both advisor-driven production and broader portfolio growth opportunities, including underpenetrated clients, stagnant or aging books, account rounding, policy density, channel development, and cross-sell opportunities across adjacent business lines.

Key Responsibilities

Full P&L Accountability

  • Own overall performance of the HNW Personal Lines book, including revenue growth, retention, and profitability.

  • Establish clear performance targets by segment, region, and advisor.

  • Drive disciplined execution against growth and retention goals through a consistent operating cadence and clear accountability model.

National Growth Strategy

  • Define and execute the national growth strategy for HNW Personal Lines.

  • Identifyexpansion opportunities across new client acquisition, market and territory expansion, channel development, digital, referral sources, and centers of influence.

  • Partner with leadership on segmentation strategy, including a path toward deeper sub-segmentation over time.

Sales Leadership & Advisor Management

  • Lead and manage HNW-focused client advisors to improve new business production, retention, relationship management, productivity, and book growth.

  • Implement consistent sales management discipline, including goal setting, pipeline tracking, accountability, and performance coaching.

  • Establish and track advisor-level KPIs and performance benchmarks.

Talent Strategy

  • Identify, recruit, and hire top-tier HNW talent, including producers and hybrid advisors.

  • Build a sustainable talent pipeline aligned to national growth goals.

  • Develop onboarding, training, and ongoing coaching programs for HNW advisors.

  • Actively manage performance and upgrade talent where needed.

Book Optimization Beyond Advisor Production

  • Own strategy and execution for growth across the entire HNW portfolio, not limited to current advisor-driven production.

  • Identifygaps and opportunities in underpenetrated clients, aging or stagnant books, account rounding, and policy density.

  • Create targeted strategies to unlock organic growth within the existing HNW client base while improving overall book quality.

Cross-Sell & Account Expansion

  • Design and execute cross-sell and coverage expansion initiatives across the HNW client base.

  • Increase policies per client and revenue per client.

  • Partneracross business lines, including commercial, specialty, life, wealth, and other applicable areas, to unlockadditionalclient value.

Performance Management & Reporting

  • Establish a clear operating framework with standardized metrics, reporting, and leadership routines.

  • Track and report on growth and retention trends, revenue per client, policies per client,advisorproductivity, pipeline health, and conversion rates.

  • Deliver regular performance updates to executive leadership with clear insights, risks, actions, and decisions needed.

Market & Carrier Alignment

  • Partner with market and carrier leadership to ensure competitive HNW product offerings, preferred carrier relationships, and strong market access.

  • Align with carrier partners on underwriting appetite, growth goals, placement strategy, and service expectations.

  • Use market insights to inform segmentation, client strategy, advisor enablement, and portfolio management.

Operational Alignment & Execution

  • Work cross-functionally with operations, placement, and service teams to ensure a scalable service model aligned to HNW client expectations.

  • Improve workflow, handoffs, and support models to enable growth whilemaintaininga strongclient experience.

  • Identifyopportunities to improve operational efficiency, reduce friction, and create consistency across the national HNW platform.

Essential Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in insurance, financial services, private client, or related advisory businesses, with significant depth in HNW Personal Lines.

  • Proventrack recordleading growth, retention, profitability, and performance across a sizable Personal Lines or private client portfolio.

  • Strong sales leadership experience, including direct advisor management, coaching, KPI development, pipeline management, and performance accountability.

  • Deep understanding of HNW Personal Lines market dynamics, carrier relationships, underwriting appetite, client expectations, and coverage complexity.

  • Experience building talent pipelines, recruiting high-performing producers or advisors, and developing onboarding and coaching programs.

  • Ability to use data, reporting, and operating metrics toidentifytrends, diagnose performance gaps, and drive action.

  • Strong executive presence with the ability toinfluence acrosssales, operations, carrier, finance, marketing, digital, and business line leadership.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent business leadership experience will be considered.

Pay Details:

The base compensation range for this position is $225,000 - $275,000. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.

Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
