Job description

Integrated Marketing Program Manager – Bose Corporation

As an Integrated Marketing Program Manager, you will lead the planning, governance, and execution of integrated marketing programs for new product launches. Your focus will be to keep launch priorities, cross‑functional workstreams, deliverables, readiness checkpoints, and handoffs organized, aligned, and moving forward.

Responsibilities
  • End‑to‑End Launch & GTM Execution: Build and manage executional program timelines across creative, production, localization, and channel plans to ensure launch readiness. Coordinate with internal teams to maintain milestones and approvals, drive alignment with leadership, identify risks, and maintain momentum.
  • Product Launch Execution & Logistics: Operate launch processes, coordinate ownership and dependencies, lead planning for marketing localizations, and manage product sample, seeding, PR, and review‑unit ordering workflows.
  • Campaign and Asset Execution: Support the development and delivery of assets across marketing channels, coordinate creative reviews, routing, feedback, approvals, and track asset readiness for global delivery.
  • Operational Excellence & Continuous Process Improvement: Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, and resource constraints; drive risk resolution and streamline workflows. Maintain templates, process guides, trackers, readiness checklists, and lead post‑season reviews.
Qualifications
  • 5‑7 years of experience in project or program management, marketing operations, integrated planning, brand marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to build and manage planning calendars, milestone trackers, decision logs, readiness checklists, and status updates.
  • Strong experience with project management and collaboration tools, including Smartsheet, for governance, resource coordination, and reporting.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and cross‑functional teams.
  • Experience supporting integrated marketing programs and launch planning is highly preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary range in Framingham, Massachusetts: $107,700 – $148,050. Ranges may vary for other locations.
