Job Summary:
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to develop and execute integrated campaigns that drive brand awareness, digital engagement, and business growth. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with experience in traditional marketing, digital marketing, social media, and visual content creation.
Responsibilities:
- Manage marketing projects and campaigns from concept through execution, ensuring deadlines and goals are met
- Develop creative briefs and guide direction for multi-channel initiatives
- Execute marketing programs to strengthen brand awareness, engagement, and business performance
- Manage social media efforts including content planning, publishing, and performance tracking
- Monitor campaign and digital performance, providing insights for optimization
- Capture and curate photography and visual content for marketing, social media, and web use
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support business needs and audience engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to achieve business objectives
- Stay current on marketing, digital, and social media trends
- Assist with other responsibilities and projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 5+ years of professional marketing experience, including digital and social media
- Proven success in client account management, preferably in a marketing, creative, or advertising environment
- Experience creating content and capturing photography for brand use
- Experience with digital marketing channels, including email, website content, and paid media
- Experience with social media platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems (CMS)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and InDesign
