Summary

As a Sales Development Representative at Geonetric, you will drive qualified pipeline generation through strategic, insight-driven prospecting across healthcare organizations. Using multi-channel outreach, AI-enabled research, and account intelligence, you'll engage executive stakeholders, uncover business challenges, and create opportunities for the sales team. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Sales Operations, you'll help optimize outbound strategies, maintain CRM excellence, and contribute to scalable revenue growth while becoming a trusted advisor on Geonetric's digital experience solutions.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

While Geonetric employees might get to work on just about anything, this position primarily:

  • Executes targeted, multi-channel outbound strategies that generate qualified pipeline while balancing activity, engagement quality, and conversion metrics. Prioritizes outreach based on account intelligence, buying signals, and strategic account initiatives.
  • Completes high-volume cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages to marketing, communications, patient engagement leaders, and C-suite where applicable.
  • Personalizes outreach using account-specific insights including service lines, patient access challenges, website experience, AI search readiness, executive priorities, technology investments, and recent organizational news.
  • Analyzes engagement across email, phone, LinkedIn, website activity, intent signals, and CRM reporting to continuously optimize messaging, sequencing, and prospect prioritization.
  • Researches healthcare organizations to identify digital transformation initiatives, website modernization efforts, executive priorities, technology stack, organizational changes, and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Utilizes AI-powered sales tools to research prospects, personalize messaging, and streamline outreach while maintaining quality and authenticity.
  • Identifies potential clients based on market research, referrals from existing clients, new leads from tradeshows, webinar data, and cold calling.
  • Monitors healthcare news, mergers, expansions, and leadership changes to trigger timely outreach.
  • Follows established outbound cadence processes and contributes feedback for continuous improvement of messaging, sequencing, and campaign performance.
  • Becomes knowledgeable about Geonetric’s products and services, success stories, market differentiators, and unique value proposition.
  • Communicates articulately and persuasively about products and services with prospective clients to build Geonetric’s awareness, credibility, value, and client base.
  • Gathers detailed information from potential clients about their needs and determines lead qualification.
  • Captures insights about competitor activity, current vendor relationships, and potential RFP opportunities.
  • Coordinates and assists with sales presentations to prospective clients, ensures budget approvers and project influencers are present.
  • Maintains exceptional CRM hygiene, ensuring account hierarchies, contacts, buying committee members, opportunity details, and activity history accurately reflect prospect engagement and sales progress.
  • Maintains integrity of contact database by updating contact information and ensuring data is accurate.
  • Tracks the sales process through CRM database, reporting on funnel metrics to help predict success rates and identify themes and areas of concern.
  • Completes standard, moderately difficult work independently.
  • Requires guidance and oversight to complete complex work, solve unexpected issues, and make decisions.
