This role focuses on geographic expansion, new channel development, direct-to-consumer growth, social commerce, and other commercial opportunities. The Senior Director leads initiatives from desired business outcomes through implementation, adoption, and scale while partnering across Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Operations, Planning, Supply Chain, Digital Technology, Analytics, Compliance, Finance, Customer Experience, and other key functions.

STRATEGIC GROWTH EXECUTION

  • Lead execution of SharkNinja's highest-priority growth initiatives, ensuring successful delivery of measurable business outcomes.
  • Drive initiatives focused on geographic expansion, new market entry, channel expansion, direct-to-consumer growth, social commerce, and other strategic commercial opportunities.
  • Translate strategic priorities into integrated execution plans, defining milestones, dependencies, risks, and success metrics.
  • Build strong partnerships across the enterprise to align resources, priorities, and execution plans.
  • Identify and resolve execution risks, removing barriers and driving timely decision-making.

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL LEADERSHIP

  • Lead initiatives from desired business outcomes through implementation, adoption, and scale, ensuring long-term business impact.
  • Develop and execute change management strategies that drive stakeholder alignment, organizational readiness, user adoption, and realization of intended business benefits.
  • Coordinate activities across cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.
  • Drive accountability across stakeholders while fostering collaboration and alignment.

  • Monitor initiative performance against objectives and recommend course corrections.
  • Lead post-launch reviews to evaluate business impact and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

TRANSFORMATION & OPERATING-MODEL ENABLEMENT

  • Stand up repeatable playbooks, standardized processes, and scalable best practices that allow new markets, channels, and categories to launch and scale faster.
  • Diagnose structural, process, and capability gaps that impede expansion, and design operating-model changes that sustain impact beyond individual initiatives.
  • Establish enterprise operating rhythms and governance that reinforce accountability, transparency, and drive rapid progress towards growth aspirations.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

  • New markets, channels, or commercial models stood up against committed timelines and adoption targets.
  • Measurable value delivered - revenue, margin, or efficiency - traceable to prioritized growth initiatives.
  • Repeatable playbooks and operating rhythms adopted by functional teams and sustained beyond initial launch.
  • Executive stakeholders aligned on priorities, with transparent reporting on progress, risks, and course corrections.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Experience

  • 12+ years of experience in strategy execution, business operations, consulting, program leadership, commercial execution, or related disciplines.
  • Proven track record leading complex cross-functional initiatives that deliver measurable business results.
  • Experience executing market expansion, channel expansion, commercialization, or enterprise growth initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience leading AI-enabled initiatives, including evaluating, implementing, and driving adoption of solutions that create measurable business value and operational impact.
  • Experience working with executive leaders and influencing decisions across complex matrix organizations.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.

Core Competencies

  • Exceptional program and execution leadership skills.
  • Strong commercial and business acumen.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Outstanding executive communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence and drive accountability without direct authority.
  • Expertise in change management, stakeholder engagement, and organizational adoption.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their practical application to solve business problems and improve organizational performance.

Leadership Profile

  • Thrives in ambiguity and fast-changing business environments.
  • Builds credibility through collaboration, influence, and consistent delivery.
  • Demonstrates strong ownership and sound business judgment.
  • Comfortable working across organizational boundaries to drive enterprise-wide outcomes.

HOW YOU'LL LEAD WITH SHARKNINJA'S SUCCESS DRIVERS

  • Rarely Satisfied: You challenge the status quo and push every growth initiative beyond "good enough" toward step-change impact.

  • Details Make the Difference: Your rigor ensures execution plans, milestones, and metrics hold up as initiatives scale.
  • Winning is a Team Sport: You partner across functions so cross-functional teams win together, not in silos.
  • Communicating for Impact: You deliver clear, honest communication that builds alignment from the front line to the executive team.
