Job description

The Role

You'll lead and scale the Partner Account Manager function responsible for owning and growing Everlaw's strategic partner business, serving as the operating leader who turns joint plans into revenue growth. You will balance frontline coaching with commercial rigor to drive team execution, pipeline quality, forecast accuracy, and sell-through growth across our partner book.

This is a full-time, exempt position based in our Oakland, CA or New York City office with a hybrid work schedule: in office M/W/Th with the option to work from home on Tu/Fr.

What you'll do
  • Own the Partner Account Management team's performance, including overall quota attainment, forecast accuracy, and pipeline health across the partner book.
  • Lead, coach, and develop Account Managers through clear operating cadences, pipeline inspections, deal reviews, and structured feedback.
  • Drive meaningful ARR growth with Managed Service Partners by identifying whitespace, building joint-business plans, and establishing executive alignment.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, Legal, and Finance to unblock partner-backed opportunities and accelerate deal cycles.
  • Elevate team execution around seller enablement, partner-facing motions, and the practical adoption of Everlaw's AI capabilities.
  • Identify patterns across partner accounts to build repeatable plays, refine prioritization, and institute high-performing operating habits.
About You
  • You have 10+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, alliances, or partner-facing go-to-market motions.
  • You have 3+ years of frontline people management experience directly leading a revenue-carrying partner or channel team.
  • You bring strong forecast discipline, commercial judgment, and a track record of inspecting pipeline and deal progression to drive predictable outcomes.
  • You are an effective cross-functional operator who knows how to remove execution friction and align internal teams around partner growth.
  • You build cultures centered on accountability, urgency, evidence-based decision making, and high execution standards.
  • You are authorized to work in the United States. Please note that at this time, Everlaw is not sponsoring U.S. employment visas for this role.
Bonus points
  • Experience in legal tech, compliance, cybersecurity, or another services-led enterprise software category.
  • Experience managing teams that sell through service providers, resellers, MSPs, SIs, or GSIs.
  • Experience coaching teams on positioning AI-enabled workflows and driving partner adoption motions.

Think you're missing some of the skills and are hesitant to apply? We do not believe in the 'perfect' candidate and encourage you to apply if you feel you can bring value to our team. We often revisit candidates who may have applied for a different role if something comes up that's a better fit.

The Team - Business Development

The Business Development team builds and grows the network of partners who extend Everlaw's reach into the market. By identifying, recruiting, and supporting partners across the ecosystem, the team creates relationships that open new paths to customers and reinforce Everlaw's position in the industry. This work turns strong partnerships into a durable channel for growth, helping more organizations discover Everlaw through partners they already trust.

Total Rewards & Benefits

The annual base salary for this position is between $208,600 - $263,900, with a total On-Target Earnings (OTE) of between $298,000 - $377,000, representing a 70/30 compensation split. Eligibility for the commission portion is performance-based and subject to the achievement of specific performance metrics, which are governed by Everlaw's policies and incentive plans. The final offered salary will be dependent upon many factors including the candidate's experience and skills. The role's compensation is subject to change in the future. About Everlaw

When a lawsuit or investigation happens, teams must comb through vast amounts of electronic evidence - emails, documents, chats, files - to find what matters. That work is not a side task but the case itself, and where most of the time and money in litigation goes. Everlaw is the litigation and investigation management platform changing that, using AI to turn mountains of messy data into the handful of facts that win or lose a case, compressing weeks of work into hours.
