Schedule Engine is seeking a key client facing channel development representative responsible for developing members of our channel partner contractor networks into productive prospecting opportunities for Schedule Engine services. We are looking for a competitive, customer obsessed, and analytical Channel Development Representative. You will be working closely with our Marketing, CSM, and Sales teams to develop campaigns intended to inform and educate channel partner members about the opportunities of leveraging Schedule Engine to grow their business, with the objective of driving the member to schedule a Demo for either the Business Development CSM or one of our Account Executives. You should be comfortable generating qualified prospects using targeted marketing, cold email, cold calling, social selling, and networking. This role will report to the Director of Strategic Partnerships.

The right candidate for this role is always looking to push the envelope in creating differentiated experiences, while also being dedicated to operational excellence to ensure we can deliver. Weโ€™re looking for someone who can help us transform an industry.
Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Channel Development. Collaborate with marketing to analyze campaign engagement in preparation for more direct outbound prospecting campaigns.
  • Prospecting. Leveraging direct outbound communications, inbound lead follow-up, other brand engagement activity, and mutual industry relationships to book demos.
  • Pipeline Management. Utilize CRM and supporting tools to track your leads and manage your pipeline from prospecting activities to meetings.
  • Reporting & Analysis. Accurately report and track engagement and sales activities and KPIs within CRM, Excel, and other supporting technologies.
  • Business Development.ย  Build and maintain client and strategic partner relationships to exceed goals.
  • Process Improvement. Helping grow the sales team and build a scalable, repeatable process.
  • Execution. Meet goals, consistently hit targets, and exceed expectations.
