Jensen Meat Company is seeking a visionary and results-driven Director of Sales - Foodservice to lead national growth across institutional, distribution, and enterprise foodservice channels. This executive role is responsible for designing and executing scalable commercial strategies, developing high-value partnerships, and driving revenue and margin growth across the foodservice portfolio.
The Director will lead the foodservice sales function, guide go-to-market strategy, and serve as a key commercial partner to executive leadership.
Primary Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
• Develop and execute long-term foodservice sales strategy aligned with enterprise growth objectives.
• Define channel, pricing, and customer acquisition strategies to maximize margin and market share.
Market Expansion & Enterprise Accounts
• Lead enterprise business development with national foodservice operators, healthcare systems, K-12, and hospitality groups.
• Own executive-level customer relationships and contract negotiations.
Team Leadership & Perform Overview
• Lead, mentor, and develop the foodservice sales manager.
• Establish managerial KPIs, performance standards, and accountability systems.
