Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
JOB SUMMARY
The Executive Director for Operations in Professional and Graduate Studies (PGS) at SNU will provide collaborative leadership and oversight for Enrollment, Admissions, and Student Success teams. This strategic leader will work closely with these teams, the PGS Vice President for Academic Affairs, and other individuals and offices across campus to meet institutional enrollment goals by aligning strategies for enrollment growth, monitoring enrollment and revenue metrics, providing guidance for mid-year adjustments as needed, and building capacity within the PGS team for innovation and growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Functions:
  • Provide strategic and visionary leadership to PGS Enrollment, Admissions/Operations, and Student Success teams
  • Work closely with the VPAA for PGS to establish and execute enrollment goals
  • Coordinate ongoing communication and data sharing with multiple levels of institutional leadership to ensure institutional goals are met
  • Collaborate with the PGS Marketing team to analyze and evaluate lead and lag enrollment metrics to ensure enrollment goals are met
  • Facilitate logistical support for recruiting events, new program implementations, and new enrollment channel development
  • Provide strategic and mission-first leadership for a primarily remote team, promoting SNU's mission and values and developing individuals who serve Christ with excellence
  • Evaluate existing systems, processes, and procedures on an ongoing basis to ensure optimization of all team members and all tools/systems
  • Support adherence to all University policies and procedures while promoting the fulfillment of the SNU Strategic Plan

Required Qualifications:
  • Southern Nazarene University is an expression of the Church of the Nazarene.   • Minimum of five years of related work/leadership experience
  • Successful record of collaborative goal setting and consistent achievement
  • Demonstrated effective and strategic leadership experience with remote teams
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in multiple CRM tools
  • Completed Master's level degree

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Leadership experience in CRM transitions
  • Breadth in understanding of current trends in Christian higher education

Receives supervision and work assignments from a designated supervisor, although other staff members in the unit may provide work direction.
Supervision Exercised:
The Executive Director for Operations will provide direct supervision to the PGS Director of Enrollment, PGS Director of Operations, and PGS Director for Student Success, and indirect supervision for the teams reporting to these directors.
