We are seeking a Transformation Change Management & Communications Leader for our First Quality Products company located in McElhattan, PA. This position may be based out of our Central PA sites (McElhattan, PA & Lewistown, PA) or Macon, GA. The Transformation Change Management and Communications Leader is responsible for developing and executing strategies that ensure successful adoption of business transformation initiatives across the organization. This role will build the change management strategy from the ground up with a focus on driving awareness, understanding, and engagement by implementing effective change management strategies and developing clear, consistent communications. The position will partner with leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to minimize resistance, maximize adoption, and foster a culture of transparency and collaboration.

The primary focus of this role will be to integrate structured change management methodologies with strategic communication plans, ensuring that transformation efforts are understood, embraced, and sustained. The role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to translate complex transformation goals into actionable messages and activities that inspire commitment. Frequent travel to our Absorbent Hygiene companies will be required.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Partner cross-functionally with all divisional transformation teams to co-create, pilot, and standardize next generation practices.
  • Establish change management goals, objectives, and overall strategy for divisional transformation initiatives.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans, including stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations.
  • Create and execute communication strategies tailored to manufacturing environments that align with transformation objectives and timelines.
  • Design clear, compelling, and consistent messaging for multiple audiences and channels.
  • Equip plant leaders and supervisors with tools and messaging to effectively cascade and reinforce change.
  • Partner with project managers, functional leaders, and executives to integrate change management activities into project plans.
  • Proactively identify, shape, and scale opportunities to modernize how change is delivered by leveraging innovation, automation, and/or artificial intelligence.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and engagement activities to prepare leaders and team members for change.
  • Establish feedback loops to capture insights from frontline team members and adapt approaches accordingly.
  • Define and track deployment goals, objectives, and success metrics of change initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to drive accountability for change adoption.
  • Develop dashboards or reporting mechanisms to provide visibility into change progress and risks.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on communication best practices and change readiness.
  • Build leader and manager capabilities as change champions to sustain change beyond initial
  • Promote a culture of improvement, transparency, and collaboration

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Communications, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field. Equivalent experience in these fields will be considered.
  • Certification in change management methodology (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR, CCMP) strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or corporate communications, preferably within large-scale transformation programs.
  • Proven track record of leading successful change initiatives and delivering impactful communication strategies in operational, manufacturing, supply chain, or similar environments.
  • Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams in complex organizational environments.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation abilities.
  • Proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinking with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Solid project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven, disciplined, objective, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to coach, benchmark, and work closely with different sites and operations.
  • Consulting skills (developing relationships, diagnosis, feedback, and enrolling leadership teams to take action).
  • Supports and promotes safe practices and environmental commitments in alignment with company commitments, policies, and compliance requirements.
  • Able to travel 20-25%
