This role is responsible for leading change management strategies, overseeing leadership operating rhythms, and delivering clear, consistent, and impactful communications that support organizational transformation and business objectives.Working closely with GRE&CS leadership and cross-functional partners, this role ensures that strategic initiatives are effectively translated into coordinated actions, that employees are informed and engaged, and that leadership messaging, planning cycles, and performance tracking are aligned.
