Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Change Manager to lead organizational change management (OCM) for a large-scale, greenfield transformation initiative. This role requires a strong, confident leader who can push boundaries, influence stakeholders, and ensure successful adoption across a complex, global delivery environment.
This is a critical role where change management will drive stability and enable successful implementation across business functions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end change management strategy for a large-scale transformation program
  • Develop and execute OCM frameworks, methodologies, and deliverables (communications, stakeholder engagement, training, adoption plans)
  • Establish change management structure from ground zero (greenfield environment; no existing templates required)
  • Drive organizational readiness and adoption across all functional business areas
  • Conduct roadshows, stakeholder workshops, and quarterly engagement sessions
  • Partner with business leaders, program teams, and delivery partners to ensure alignment and adoption
  • Apply an OCM lens to process changes, ensuring rigor and business continuity
  • Manage and track change requests, impacts, and adoption metrics
  • Collaborate across a global delivery model (onshore, nearshore, offshore teams)
  • Ensure steady-state operations remain stable during transformation
Required Qualifications
  • 8-12+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management
  • Proven experience managing large-scale transformation programs
  • Strong experience in Agile (ADO) and Waterfall environments
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive adoption
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience building OCM frameworks from scratch (greenfield environments)
  • Strong follow-through and execution capability
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Energy, Power Retail, or Trading
  • Familiarity with enterprise-scale global delivery models
  • Exposure to M&A, trading systems, or large transformation programs
