Job Description
The Change Manager will play a key role in ensuring enterprise projects (change initiatives) meet objectives and business value realization through a focus on driving adoption and usage. This person will focus on the people side of change in a significant period of AI transformation - including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize adoption, increase proficiency levels, and minimize resistance, making change feel a cohesive part of the organization. The Change Manager will report to the Change Management Executive and be a part of the Global Change Office team.
Job Duties - Responsibilities
  • Apply enterprise change methodology and lead change management activities for specific projects
  • Assess, capture and manage stakeholder landscape
  • Complete risk and impact assessments
  • Identify, manage, and track metrics for measurement of adoption, adapt approach and tactics where required to meet goals
  • Devise change management strategies
  • Create and deliver upon communication and training plans, partnering with internal communications and learning & development teams where required
  • Identify and analyze people risks, including resistance, and prepare risk mitigation tactics
  • Evaluate and ensure user readiness
  • Consult and coach project teams as a workstream owner
  • Support and engage senior leaders; Coach managers and supervisors
  • Coordinate efforts with specialist analysts in the Global Change Office to complete deliverables
  • Partner closely with Project Managers to integrate change management activities into project plans, ensuring they support delivery of the project on time, and on budget
  • Attend project meetings and establish change management governance for projects
  • Provide regular updates on deliverable progress
  • Support development of change management competency at the organizational level
  • Work with the Change Management Executive to manage capacity and workload

Qualifications
  • A passion for effecting change that positively engages the people impacted, contributing to a culture derived in core values that include serving others, open communication, and fostering relationships
  • 5-10 years of experience in a mid-to-large corporate enterprise environment (global preferred)
  • Experience driving change in a similarly sized corporate setting
  • Must have consulting level communication skills (written and verbal) and confidence to engage with senior leaders
  • Must have strong organizational skills
  • Must have strong problem-solving capabilities, curious mindset, be flexible and able to handle multiple tasks concurrently
  • Aptitude for managing through ambiguity and learning on the fly
  • Self-starter; able to hold to project deliverables without constant supervision
  • Experience with cross-cultural communication
  • Prosci or other change management certification preferred
