Qualifications
  • 5-10 years of experience in change management, digital enablement, learning and development, technology adoption, internal communications, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise technology adoption initiatives from planning through rollout and reinforcement.
  • Must have worked with Google Workspace in a professional setting and be comfortable training others transitioning from Microsoft tools to adopt core Google applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Drive, Meet, etc.).
  • Experience helping end users across all levels adopt new tools or workflows through training, support content, communications, or structured change programs.
  • Strong ability to translate technical or emerging AI capabilities into clear, actionable guidance for non-technical audiences.
