The Role

Capco is seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a major banking client on strategic encryption and cryptography initiatives. This role will focus on facilitating technology change, stakeholder engagement, implementation planning, and delivery coordination across complex enterprise environments.

Working closely with technology, security, delivery, and business stakeholders, you will help ensure the successful adoption and implementation of encryption-related changes while minimizing operational risk and maintaining regulatory compliance.

What You'll Do
