Job description

Project Manager with Change Management Certification

Required: PMP or comparable Federal Certification

Required: One of the following: Prosci Change Management Certification, the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) Certified Change Management Professional, or an equivalent credential;

Experience with workforce development is a plus.

This position will manage a team of six personnel providing government personnel support to manage the workforce. Change management is the focus of this work, attempting to change the behaviors and outcomes in the work production and the training and maintenance of government certifications.


  • Minimum of five years of work experience leading or supporting structured organizational change, modernization, or workforce transformation initiatives within federal agencies or complex organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting stakeholder impact assessments, developing change strategies, and facilitating adoption of new processes or operating models.
  • Experience leading cross-functional engagement efforts and facilitating workshops, briefings, and executive-level discussions.
  • Documented experience providing strategic advisory, organizational transition support, or change management services.
