In addition to leading large-scale change efforts, the Senior Change Manager contributes to the advancement of the organization’s overall change management maturity by supporting the development of tools, frameworks, standards, and capability-building initiatives.## Job Duties and Responsibilities:Lead Complex Change Initiatives – 70%Lead the development and execution of organizational change management strategies and plans for large-scale, complex, and enterprise-level initiatives. Partner with project teams, business leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to assess organizational impacts, manage change risks, and drive successful adoption and sustainment of business transformation efforts.* Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans aligned to business objectives, project goals, organizational priorities, and desired adoption outcomes for large-scale and enterprise-wide initiatives.* Conduct organizational change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, readiness assessments, and risk evaluations to identify impacts to people, processes, technology, roles, and organizational culture.* Develop, implement, and manage integrated change enablement plans, including communication, training, engagement, reinforcement, and resistance management strategies.* Collaborate with core change management partners, including HRBPs, Corporate Communications, Learning & Development, and Field Communications & Training teams, to coordinate and execute change enablement activities.* Partner closely with project managers, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to embed change management activities into overall project and implementation plans.* Identify, assess, and proactively manage organizational resistance and adoption barriers while documenting lessons learned and recommending continuous improvement opportunities.* Define, measure, and track project-level and stakeholder-specific adoption, engagement, readiness, and sustainment metrics to evaluate change effectiveness.* Monitor organizational change progress, evaluate the effectiveness of change interventions, and provide regular status reporting, insights, and recommendations to leadership and project stakeholders.Stakeholder & Leadership Engagement – 20%Build strong partnerships with project and initiative sponsors, leaders, and business stakeholders to support organizational readiness and leadership alignment during periods of change.
