Job description

Job Description Change Management Specialist (Enterprise Transformation) Location: Bridgewater, NJ (3 days/week on-site) Duration: 6-12 month contract RedStream Technology is partnering with a global retail organization undergoing large-scale enterprise transformation and looking to bring on a Change Management Specialist to support critical system and process initiatives. This is not a communications-only role. We're looking for someone who has led true organizational change tied to major technology implementations (ERP, SAP, Salesforce, HRIS, eCommerce) and can ensure change is effectively adopted across the business.

What You'll Be Doing Lead and execute change management strategy across enterprise technology programs Conduct change impact assessments across people, process, and technology Drive stakeholder alignment, readiness planning, and adoption efforts Partner with business, IT, and vendors to support go-live and post-go-live stabilization Monitor adoption and support value realization through usage insights and feedback loops Support process optimization and documentation of operational impacts Participate in governance forums (Steering Committees, Change Control Boards) What They're Looking For Proven experience supporting enterprise technology transformations (ERP, SAP, Salesforce, etc.) Strong background in OCM tied to system-driven change (not just comms/training) Experience driving change strategy, stakeholder engagement, and business readiness Comfortable working in cross-functional, IT/PMO-led environments Experience in retail, manufacturing, distribution, or shared services environments preferred Familiarity with adoption metrics, post-go-live support, and continuous improvement Nice to Have Prosci Change Management certification Lean Six Sigma (Yellow/Green Belt) CAPM or PMP Why This Role This is a high-impact role supporting large-scale transformation where the focus is on making sure change doesn't just launch-but actually sticks. You'll be working closely with senior stakeholders and playing a key role in how new systems and processes are adopted across the organization.
