Prime Controls is growing, and so is the pace of change across our business. We're looking for a Change Management Lead to help launch and lead our new Enterprise Change Management System (ECMS), creating a consistent way to move important initiatives from idea to successful adoption.

As the first dedicated hire in this function, you'll have the opportunity to help build the foundation from the start. You'll bring structure to complex initiatives, coordinate teams across the business, and help ensure changes are thoughtfully planned, communicated, implemented, and sustained.

You don't need to be the technical expert in every area. You need to know how to ask the right questions, bring people together, create clarity, and keep work moving.

Your Impact
  • Lead change initiatives from discovery and approval through implementation and adoption.
  • Facilitate discussions to define business needs, risks, dependencies, resources, and desired outcomes.
  • Build project plans, timelines, governance materials, pilots, communications, and adoption checkpoints.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain accountability for actions and deadlines.
  • Own the organization-wide change calendar and identify competing priorities or capacity concerns.
  • Monitor pilots, gather feedback, surface risks, and support go, adjust, pause, or stop decisions.
  • Partner with leaders to ensure employees understand and are prepared for change.
  • Track adoption and sustainment to make sure improvements stick.
What You Bring
  • PMP or CAPM certification.
  • Strong project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Ability to turn complex or ambiguous situations into clear plans and next steps.
  • Excellent facilitation, written communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong business judgment and the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Experience with project management and documentation tools such as Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Excel, or similar platforms.
Preferred
  • Experience with Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, or another change management framework.
  • Experience in systems integration, automation, construction, engineering, or field operations.
  • Experience leading pilots, phased rollouts, or enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Experience developing process, training, communication, or sustainment plans.
