The Change Manager leads the strategic integration and execution of the Change Management Program across all phases of a project, including engineering, procurement and construction management services, to effectively control change. • Deploy and lead the implementation of a robust change management process across the project and in all departments, including facilitation of training and management of the change control board meetings where proposed changes are reviewed and evaluated for approval by relevant stakeholders.
  • Implement Key Performance Indicators and metrics to measure the performance of the project change program against contractual and procedural obligations, identify risks and opportunities and develop solutions through cross-discipline collaboration, as needed. Report performance and progress to Leadership and the Client in weekly and monthly status meetings and collaborate with Cost and Accounting to align reported data and analysis. • Contribute to and understand the Prime Contract. Tailor and own the Change Management Project Execution Plan and project-specific forms and start-up documents for the change process
  • Have a deep understanding of Exyte Regional and Corporate governance to ensure the compliance of project documents.
  • Receive and manage escalations from the Change Team, resolving when capable and escalating when necessary.
  • Build relationships internally with project leadership and externally with subcontractors and consultants by guiding with expertise, communicating expectations, and by listening to concerns and finding solutions that work for all disciplines.
