Job description

At Raymond James, we develop, we collaborate, we decide, we deliver, and we improve together.

Raymond James Ltd. is Canada's leading independent investment dealers offering high quality investment products and services to Canadians seeking customized solutions to their wealth management needs.

Change Manager

How Does The Role Impact The Organization?

We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to join our PMO to lead and advance our organizational change management (OCM) capability while delivering measurable adoption outcomes across key initiatives. This role is responsible for maturing and scaling OCM practices across the organization, strengthening awareness of effective change management, and ensuring initiatives achieve intended business results through adoption and sustained behavior change.

In parallel, this role will play a key role in a multi-year, enterprise-wide transformation to adopt the FNZ platform as our future wealth management platform - a significant strategic initiative that will reshape how advisors, associates, and clients interact with our systems and services. This is a unique opportunity to shape the OCM capability while leading change on a high-impact enterprise program.

What Will Your Role Be Responsible For?

  • Lead and execute change management strategies that drive adoption across enterprise initiatives.
  • Play a key role in delivering change for a large-scale platform transformation (Program Zed).
  • Establish and mature OCM practices, including frameworks, tools, and governance.
  • Partner with project and program teams to embed change activities into delivery plans.
  • Conduct impact assessments and stakeholder analysis to inform engagement strategies.
  • Develop communication and training approaches that support business readiness.
  • Coach leaders and stakeholders to effectively sponsor and lead change.
  • Monitor adoption, readiness, and change outcomes, providing insights to leadership.
  • Champion OCM across the organization, building awareness and consistent application of practices.
  • Leverage tools such as Jira and Confluence to integrate change activities into delivery workflows.

What Can You Expect From Us?

Our most important investment is in people. Upon eligibility, Raymond James Ltd offers flexible workstyles, a competitive compensation and benefits package. Our benefits range from Health Benefits, RRSP Matching Program, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Paid Time Off, Volunteer Days, Discretionary Bonuses, Tuition Reimbursement and many more! We also support internal promotion and community involvement.

What Do We Expect From You?

  • 7 years of experience in organizational change management.
  • Proven experience supporting large-scale programs or enterprise transformations.
  • Experience building or maturing an OCM practice or capability.
  • Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (Prosci preferred).
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on delivery levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in PMO-driven environments.
  • Experienced with Jira and Confluence.

We encourage our associates at all levels to:

  • Grow professionally and inspire others to do the same
  • Work with and through others to achieve desired outcomes
  • Make prompt, pragmatic choices and act with the client in mind
  • Take ownership and hold themselves and others accountable for delivering results that matter
  • Contribute to the continuous evolution of the firm

Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000 annually, in addition to competitive performance bonuses/incentives.

Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, internal equity, and other job requirements.
This posting is for an existing vacancy.
