Position Summary
The Document Control Clerk is responsible for managing and maintaining the documentation system to ensure compliance with industry standards and company procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in document management within a manufacturing environment.
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:
  • 2+ years' experience in document control, records management, or administrative support in a manufacturing or quality assurance environment.

Knowledge:
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes and technical sales.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 or AS9100 documentation requirements is a plus

Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Job Responsibilities
