As a Division Manager of Store Sales and Operations for Champion Window, you must be a confident business leader who has experience effectively managing and running a business. Excellent communication and leadership skills are vital for your success in this role.

Specific Responsibilities of the Division Manager of Store Sales and Operations include:

  • Develop and implement sales programs and profit and loss strategies
  • Coach and motivate staff to achieve peak performance
  • Maintain knowledge and trends in the in-home sales industry
  • Develop local advertising and marketing efforts to generate sales opportunities
  • Effectively interact with external and internal customers and employees
  • Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ensure work quality standards of subcontractors and installation crews
  • Maintain operational compliance with corporate policies, practices, procedures, and government regulation

Specific Requirements for a Division Manager of Store Sales and Operations include:
