VIVA Chicken Brand Ambassador
Position Title: Brand Ambassador
Reports To: General Manager
Position Summary
At VIVA Chicken, we believe great food brings people together. The Brand Ambassador serves as the face of the brand within the communities we serve, strengthening local connections through relationship-building, catering sales growth, and community engagement.
This role connects VIVA Chicken with businesses, schools, healthcare organizations, nonprofits, and community groups while promoting our culture of hospitality, service, and authentic Peruvian-inspired cuisine. By creating meaningful partnerships and memorable experiences, the Brand Ambassador helps drive brand awareness, customer loyalty, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Catering Sales & Business Development
  • Generate catering leads through networking, outreach, and community engagement.
  • Visit local businesses, schools, medical offices, and community organizations to build relationships and identify opportunities.
  • Coordinate sample drop-offs, tastings, and follow-up meetings.
  • Partner with restaurant teams to ensure exceptional catering execution and customer satisfaction.

Community Engagement & Brand Growth
  • Represent VIVA Chicken at community events, networking functions, chamber meetings, and local gatherings.
  • Develop partnerships with schools, nonprofits, and other community organizations.
  • Execute grassroots marketing efforts that increase visibility and strengthen community connections.

Qualifications
  • Experience in catering sales, community relations, restaurant marketing, or hospitality preferred.
  • Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable speaking to groups and representing the brand publicly.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
