A typical day for a Challenge Course facilitator involves preparing the course, conducting safety checks, and guiding groups through team-building activities, both on the ground and at height. You’ll lead participants through physical and mental challenges, ensure adherence to safety protocols, and facilitate debrief sessions to encourage reflection and learning. Collaboration with other facilitators and staff is common, as is adapting activities to the needs and abilities of different groups.
