Chalk Artists working on public projects often face challenges such as unpredictable weather, foot traffic, and limited working time due to public space restrictions. To overcome these, artists typically plan their designs in advance, use high-quality materials that withstand light rain or wind, and coordinate with event organizers to secure adequate space and time. Flexibility and strong communication skills are essential, as artists may need to adapt their work on the spot or interact with curious passersby while maintaining focus on their creative process.

Chalk makers or chalk artists are individuals who create art, designs, or lettering using chalk as their primary medium. Chalk artists can be found working in educational settings, creating decorative signs for businesses, or participating in public art festivals. Their work requires creativity, a steady hand, and knowledge of different types of chalk and surfaces.
