Job description

Responsibilities

Position Responsibilities:  

  • Responsible for providing day to day leadership, development, engagement, and supervision to assigned sales personnel
  • Responsible for achieving goals related to sales, displays, shelf position, and pricing
  • Foster communication and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to support sales efforts and ensure alignment with company goals within an assigned territory
  • Assist sales account managers with setting account-specific objectives, managing follow-up and tracking performance through KPIs and performance metrics
  • Other projects or duties as assigned 
Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:  

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 4 plus years related experience and 1 to 2 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 7 plus years of specific experience and 2 to 3 plus years of supervisory experience
  • Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and maintain an acceptable driving record and insurance coverage as required by the Company and state law
  • Ability to repetitively lift a minimum of 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and up to 175 lbs. when handling keg products
