Why This Role Matters

We are seeking a reliable and service driven Food Runner to join our team. In this role you support dining operations by delivering food promptly and accurately while maintaining high standards of presentation sanitation and guest service. Your attention to detail, speed and teamwork directly contribute to smooth service flow and exceptional dining experiences.


What You'll Do

  • Maintain a high level of positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests
  • Deliver food orders from kitchen to tables quickly and accurately
  • Comply with nutrition sanitation and safety standards at all times
  • Maintain cleanliness and professional presentation of the dining area
  • Maintain table settings by delivering courses replenishing utensils and being alert to beverage needs
  • Assist servers and kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow
  • Communicate clearly with kitchen and service staff regarding order status and guest needs
  • Support service operations during peak business periods
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and concerns
  • Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures
  • Maintain a clean organized work area and professional appearance in compliance with uniform and grooming standards
  • Protect company assets and maintain confidentiality of proprietary client and guest information
  • Perform other duties consistent with the functions of this position as needed at the property

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience or training required
  • Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
  • Ability to multitask in fast paced environments

  • Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification required (or ability to obtain upon hire)
