About the Role We're searching for a Digital Marketing Manager who is passionate, efficient, and ready to succeed across various genres in the entertainment industry.

The Digital Marketing Manager will drive digital strategies, guide team members, and build client relationships, ensuring that our clients' goals are met through innovative, on-brand content and comprehensive digital marketing approaches. You'll be responsible for leading client meetings, overseeing marketing initiatives, and managing a portfolio of clients with a focus on delivering exceptional results. In addition, you'll support the growth and development of team members by providing direction, consistent feedback and mentorship.

This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient execution of high-level strategy, leading day-to-day operations, and increasing revenue for our clients and Crowd Surf. About You Passionate about the music and entertainment industry, with a deep understanding of pop culture and digital trends across various genres, including hip-hop, rock, alternative, country, dance, and more. Requirements 3-5 years of professional experience in digital marketing, social media, or content creation, preferably in the music or entertainment industry Proven experience overseeing a team and managing multiple client relationships simultaneously Expert-level understanding of social media management, online trends, and digital music service providers Advanced knowledge of video editing (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut) and graphic design (Photoshop and Canva) to create content optimized for various social platforms Advanced copywriting and editing for social media, with a focus on grammar and clarity Availability for occasional weekend and evening work (events and activations don't always occur during 9-to-5 business hours) Ability to work effectively in both remote and on-site settings when applicable, with reliable high-speed internet Experience with Apple products (iPhone, Mac, Messages) and Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, etc.) Responsibilities Daily communication with clients, artists, and team members to maintain strong relationships and provide campaign updates Lead team meetings, ensuring clear communication of goals, responsibilities, and project timelines Set meeting agendas that ensure effective communication, show results, pitch fresh ideas, and allow everyone on your team to contribute Develop and oversee comprehensive digital strategies across clients' social properties, websites, mailing lists, online stores, apps, and other digital touchpoints Plan and lead high-level marketing strategies for artists, incorporating digital trends, tech partnerships, influencers, and brand collaborations Ensure timely completion and accuracy of client marketing calendars, coordinating with team members to align with client goals, brand voice, and platform features Collaborate with artists and their teams on content creation, ensuring assets are on-brand and optimized for digital platforms Lead brainstorming sessions to source and generate innovative marketing ideas that resonate with fans Inform clients about emerging technologies and opportunities for audience growth Foster direct connections between artists and fans, digitally and physically Synthesize online sentiment and fan engagement to inform strategy and client reputation Review and approve detailed reports on campaign performance, ROI, and actionable insights Manage and mentor a team of 3-5 Coordinators and Assistants Occasionally attend on-site events representing Crowd Surf for content capture and live strategy Perform hands-on digital marketing tasks as needed on high-stakes projects Full-time role, based on 40 hours per week (potential for extended hours during events).

Starting at $40K.
