As a Skiptown Support Skipper, you'll set the tone for every guest experience. From greeting clients and answering questions to managing bookings and supporting smooth check-ins and check-outs, you'll make sure everything runs seamlessly at the front desk. If you love helping people, staying organized, and creating great first impressions, this role is for you.
What You'll Do:
  • Welcome guests warmly and provide prompt, friendly service
  • Answer questions about services, memberships, pricing, and events
  • Assist with daycare, boarding, and grooming check-ins and check-outs
  • Manage bookings and reservations using Skiptown's software
  • Process payments for services, memberships, and retail sales
  • Promote Skiptown memberships, services, and special offers
  • Keep the front desk and lobby clean, organized, and guest-ready
  • Communicate updates and important information between guests and team members
  • Document and escalate guest concerns or incidents as needed
