Position Summary
The CH-47 Mechanic is responsible for performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and component replacement on CH-47 aircraft while ensuring all maintenance is completed in accordance with manufacturer, military, and regulatory standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of aviation maintenance experience
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on CH-47 maintenance experience
- Experience supporting military rotary-wing aircraft
- Strong troubleshooting and aircraft systems knowledge
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and maintenance documentation
Preferred Qualifications
- CH-47F maintenance experience
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License
- U.S. Army MOS 15U (CH-47 Helicopter Repairer) certificate accepted in lieu of an FAA A&P License
Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and flight control systems
- Conduct inspections in accordance with maintenance manuals and technical publications
- Remove, repair, replace, and install aircraft components
- Complete maintenance documentation accurately and on time
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance and safety standards
- Support aircraft launch, recovery, and operational readiness
Compensation & Benefits
✅ AED 37,000 per month (Approx. USD $10,075/month) – Tax-Free Zone
