  • Exercise financial authority within limits established by the President & CEO, Board-approved policies, organizational bylaws, applicable laws and regulations, and formally established authorization levels.
  • Maintain appropriate segregation of duties, authorization controls, financial-system access controls, and other safeguards over organizational assets.
  • Provide objective and accurate financial information to the Board of Directors and its committees and communicate directly with those bodies as required by organizational policy, governance responsibilities, or at the direction of the President & CEO or Board of Directors.
  • Maintain the highest standards of professional integrity and exercise an affirmative duty of candor regarding material financial information, risks, errors, internal-control deficiencies, conflicts of interest, regulatory concerns, and compliance matters.
