Job description

Waldron Private Wealth (Waldron) is looking for a Multi-Family Office Strategist to partner with senior department members to create processes and help drive Wealth Planning Services for Ultra-High-Net Worth/Multifamily Office type clients (Net Worth/Liquid Assets > $500MM+, Annual Revenue > $1MM) by researching, building strong relationships with Lead Advisors, and being a subject matter expert on various items.
In this role you will:
  • Facilitate all the client service responsibilities for Ultra-High-Net Worth/Multifamily Office type clients (Net Worth/Liquid Assets > $500MM+, Annual Revenue > $1MM).
  • Provide support to the client service team to facilitate Wealth Planning for Ultra-High-Net Worth/Multifamily Office type clients and support the complex planning needs for other complex clients, by assisting with the execution of internal and external services, including preparation of materials and coordination of meetings to showcase Waldron's value propositions for the complex wealth advisory needs.
  • Champion, manage, evaluate, and innovate the technology stack required for the Wealth Planning team to allow the Firm to continue to add efficiencies and innovate solutions for Ultra-High-Net Worth/Multifamily Office type clients (Net worth/Liquid Assets > $500MM+, Annual Revenue > $1MM).
  • Support the prospecting and onboarding process of Ultra-High-Net Worth/Multifamily Office type clients (Net worth/Liquid Assets > $500MM+, Annual Revenue > $1MM) and other complex clients through research, data management, and managing client information systems.
  • Assist in managing the internal process for prospective Ultra-High-Net Worth/Multifamily Office type clients (Net worth/Liquid Assets > $500MM+, Annual Revenue > $1MM) and other complex clients by gathering necessary documentation and following up on action items.
  • Ensure the accuracy and quality of work for assigned Ultra-High-Net Worth/Multifamily Office type clients (Net worth/Liquid Assets > $500MM+, Annual Revenue > $1MM) and other complex clients family relationships.
  • Run the internal GAP (Gather, Analyze, Present) process for prospective Ultra-High-Net Worth/Multifamily Office type clients (Net worth/Liquid Assets > $500MM+, Annual Revenue > $1MM) to prepare the closing team to demonstrate Waldron's unique value, including oversight of all related deliverables.
  • Support in developing content, communication, and training for Waldron members on Wealth Planning offerings and updates, ensuring that all materials are up-to-date and distributed appropriately.
  • Support Wealth Planning team members in ensuring compliance, workflow, and efficiency, including updating workflow documents, monitoring deadlines, and reporting progress to management.
  • Assist the Director of Wealth Planning in identifying and supporting the execution of strategic wealth Planning initiatives and projects that align with client and Firm goals. Handle assigned tasks and coordinate with relevant departments.
  • Identify and recommend improvements in current services and vendors by gathering feedback, tracking usage data, and compiling reports on service efficiencies.
  • Act as a point of contact for inquiries about Wealth Planning offerings and processes, redirecting complex questions to senior team members or subject matter experts as needed.
Experience/Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in finance or related field required.
  • Minimum of five (5) total years of wealth management and investment related experience required. Seven (7) years preferred.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of progressive experience working with Family Office and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) client families ($50MM+ in investable assets) required. Five (5) years preferred.
  • Passed CFP®, CFA, CPA, JD or another approved advanced credential required.
  • Investment Adviser Representative registration eligibility required within 3 months of start date (e.g. CFP®, ChFC, PFS, CFA, CIC, Series 65, or Series 66).
